The Route We Took
I designed a full-day workshop using pre-work, Impromptu Networking, Trojka consulting, and 15% solution. Participants are also introduced to foundational workshop facilitation techniques and tools such as Miro and SessionLab. We wrapped it up with a Rose, Thorn, Bud debrief.
Moving Forward with New Skills
Attendees connect to peers, explore ways to be creative, and learn new facilitation techniques. They left not only with tools, but with a renewed sense of possibility.
